SMS Terms & Consent
Last updated: September 2026
Blue Mountain Construction ("BMC," "we," "us") uses text messaging (SMS) to follow up with customers who contact us by phone, and to request feedback after completed projects. This page explains how our text messaging program works, how you consent to receive messages, and how to opt out at any time.
How You Opt In
You are enrolled in this messaging program when you call our business phone line. If your call goes unanswered, our system automatically sends a one-time text message inviting you to continue the conversation over SMS. By calling our number, you consent to receive this reply text related to your inquiry.
Customers who have worked with us on a completed project may also receive an occasional text requesting a review of their experience. No purchase or account is required to receive or reply to these messages.
Message Frequency & Content
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our business — typically one message following a missed call, and at most one or two messages following a completed project. We do not send recurring marketing blasts to numbers that have not contacted us.
